Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled grated potatoes
- Cheese slice-4
- 3-4 green chilies–chopped finely
- Sandwich masala or Chaat masala
- 8 Bread slices
- Butter
- Salt
- Green Chutney
- Ketchup
- Tomato, onion, capsicum slices
Method: Prepare the potato stuffing, add salt, sandwich masala, chilies, mix well.
Take bread, apply butter and green chutney, smear the potato stuffing, top it up with the slices of vegetables, add some chaat masala, cover with another chutney-butter spread bread.
Grill in toaster.
Serve this sandwich hot with chutney or ketchup.
