- 2 cups boiled grated potatoes
- ½ onion – chopped finely
- 3-4 green chilies–chopped finely
- ½ tsp jeera
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder

- Lemon juice
- a few chopped coriander leaves
- Sandwich masala or Chaat masala
