Tomato Rava Dosa is simple and easy breakfast recipe. The dosa is thin and crispy and tasty too. Enjoy! Yet another Dosa variety that you can enjoy preparing.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chiroti rava (fine rava)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup maida
- 1-2 tsp jeera
- salt to taste
- Corainder leaves-few chopped
- Green chillies-4-5 finely chopped
- water
- Tomatoes-2 finely chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilly pwd
Method- In a bowl, add the rava and all the flours, salt , add water and mix well to make the dosa batter. Next add all the other ingredients-jeera, chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins. Heat the tava/skillet and make the dosas, add oil to make it crisp and golden brown. Serve Tomato Rava Dosa hot with chutney or enjoy it just like that!
Adjust the salt and spices as per your taste and preferences.
