Cucumber Dosa is an easy, quick dosa variety. Simple variant from the simple cucumber , thin and crispy and yummy ! It’s a light, nutritious, and flavorful dish that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack, especially during warmer months.
Cucumber Dosa |
Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Poha/avalakki - handful
- Grated Cucumber-1 cup
- Coriander leaves-few
- Green chillies, finely chopped - 5-6
- coconut, grated - 2 table spoon
- jeera - 1 tsp
- salt - as per taste
- Water
Method: Soak rice, poha and methi seeds for few hours. Next grind them in a mixer. Once done , add cucumber ,chilies, jeera, coriander leaves, coconut and grind again so the batter blends well. Keep it for some time. Make dosas. Serve hot with chutney or pickle of your choice.

Very interesting recipe Smishri. Haven't heard of using cucumber in a dosa before. Will definitely try now.
