Ingredients
- 3 big sweet potatoes, sliced fine
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- Pinch of hing (asafoetida)
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 5-6 green chilies, chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Few curry leaves
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Wash and slice the sweet potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, hing, turmeric, curry leaves, and chopped chilies. Fry for a few minutes.
- Add the sweet potatoes, mix well. Add salt and stir-fry until tender.
