Cabbage Paratha is a easy lunch box recipe for kids.Made from green cabbage / pata gobi with simple wheat flour and mild spices . It is nutritious and tasty.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup finely shredded
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Dhania Jeera pwd -1/4 tsp
Dhania Jeera pwd -1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt for taste
Oil as req
Method: In a bowl combine all the ingredients with the flour ,add yogurt and knead into smooth dough,add little water if req.Add oil and knead it again and keep it covered for sometime.Make parathas.Heat a skillet (tava) , gently put in the paratha, add oil ,turn on both sides till done.Serve hot with pickle,sauce or chutney

(You can stir fry the cabbage for 5-10 min in 1tsp oil if required before adding to the flour, do not keep for long else the dough will become too mushy)
