Masala Bun

If you love Mumbai’s iconic street food, you’re going to love this Masala Bun! Inspired by the much-loved Masala Pav, this recipe brings together soft, fluffy buns and a spicy, flavorful vegetable masala in every bite.

The masala is cooked with onions, tomatoes, capsicum and aromatic spices, then generously stuffed into toasted buns for a deliciously messy, street-style treat. It’s almost like Masala Pav, but with a soft bun twist—making it perfect for a quick evening snack, or anytime street-food craving strikes.
