Chutney Wale Aloo

Chutney Wale Aloo is a super easy recipe that can be enjoyed with Indian Breads. Made from humble potatoes, tossed in tangy spicy chutney, an irresistible blend of textures and tastes makes it a yummy delight.

Chutney Wale Aloo
Ingredients:

 3 Potatoes (washed, peeled and chopped) 

2 tsp Cumin seeds 
1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
1-2 tsp dhania jeera pwd
2-3 tbsp Pudina Chutney
Salt to taste 
 2 tbsp Oil

Garnish
Lemon juice-1tsp
Coriander leaves-few







Method
- In a kadai, heat oil and saute cumin seeds.

Add turmeric, and fry, add chopped potatoes and roast really well.
Add masala pwd, Pudina chutney, lemon juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.
Serve Chutney Wale Aloo hot with chapatis or rice.
