3 Potatoes (washed, peeled and chopped) 2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric pwd 1-2 tsp dhania jeera pwd 2-3 tbsp Pudina Chutney Salt to taste 2 tbsp Oil Garnish Lemon juice-1tsp Coriander leaves-few |
Add turmeric, and fry, add chopped potatoes and roast really well.
Add masala pwd, Pudina chutney, lemon juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.
Serve Chutney Wale Aloo hot with chapatis or rice.
