Bread Dosa is an easy instant dosa for morning breakfast, healthy mix of semolina with bread and spices. Enjoy hot with chutney or pickle.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Chiroti rava (fine rava)
- 4 slices bread
- (cut into small pieces and sides discarded)
- 1-2 tsp jeera
- Curds-1/4 cup
- salt to taste
- Coriander leaves-few chopped
- Green chillies-5-6 finely chopped
- water
- Onion-1 finely chopped
Method:
In a bowl, mix rava, curds and bread pieces salt and keep it aside for 20 mins.
Next add all the other ingredients-jeera, chillies, onion, coriander leaves
and water and mix to form the dosa batter.
Heat the tava/skillet and make the dosas, add oil to make it crisp by carefully
turn both sides till golden brown.
Serve Bread Dosa hot with chutney or pickle or enjoy it JLT!
