Homemade Curds/ Yogurt is very easy to prepare and it tastes delicious.Yogurt is healthy and is high in protein and calcium. It can be consumed by adults and kids alike.
2 cups boiled and cooled milk
2 tablespoons of yogurt (readymade)
Method Boil the milk and let it cool .Once done ,transfer into another vessel.Add 2 tbsp of ready yogurt. Stir well , cover and keep it aside either overnite or for 4-6 hours.Do not touch in between. Once it is set you can either enjoy it just like that or refrigerate and serve it chilled. We can use this yogurt for setting curds the next time.
