Tamarind paste -2 tsp
Peanuts- 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Seasoning
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Chana dal-1tsp
Urad Dal-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Hing-pinch
Oil-2 tsp
Method: In a kadai, dry roast the peanuts for 5 min. Keep it aside. Once cool, remove the skin. Next fry red chilies, roast the tomatoes. Grind all these with tamarind paste into chutney with very less water. Season with the items given.
