Spinach Pakora or Palak Pakoda is yummy and tasty. Pakora is a favorite Indian starter/appetizer. Enjoy this healthy spinach version with hot cup of tea.
Ingredients
Spinach Pakora |
- 1 fresh Palak(spinach)-finely chopped
- 1 cup Gram Flour(Besan)
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 Onion(chopped)
- 3-4 Green Chilly
- 1-2 tsp Red Chilly Pwd
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- few-coriander leaves
- Water
- Oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients with little water to form the dough. Add 1 tsp heated oil to the dough and mix well. Heat oil, make pakora. Fry it till turns golden brown.
Drain the oil and serve Palak Pakoda hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
