This zesty twist on the classic mojito combines the citrusy sweetness of orange with the refreshing burst of mint, creating a drink that’s as invigorating as it is delicious.

Orange and Mint Mojito |
1. 4 oranges
(deseeded, squeezed and pulp free juice)
2. 3/4 lemon wedges
3. 0.25 tsp chaat masala
4. 0.25 tsp salt
5. 1.5 tbsp sugar
6. 0.25 tsp grated ginger
7. 2.5 glasses of water
8. 8-10 ice cubes
9. 5-6 mint leaves

Method
1. add all ingredients except for the ice cubes in a blender
2. adjust the quantity of salt, chaat masala,
and grated ginger to control the spice and tang of the mojito
3. blend all ingredients, and add ice cubes.
4. refrigerate the mojito, and serve chilled.

Optional: Line the edges of the serving glasses with pink Himalayan salt, adjust the other spices to your taste to balance the flavor from the salt.
