Pizza Bun


Pizza Bun is a simple, filling and healthy sandwich which can be easily done. Fresh and tasty with a right mix of vegetables with pizza sauce and cheese. Perfect for kids.

Ingredients:
  • Masala Bun
  • Butter
  • 1cup cheese
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 capsicum 
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala/Sandwich masala (opt)
  • Pizza sauce
  • few coriander leaves
  • 1-2 green chilies-opt
    Method -Finely chop the vegetables. Next in a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Slice the bun into two. Apply butter and pizza sauce on bun add the filing on the bread, top with another bun. Grill the bun  on the toaster. Serve Pizza Bun hot with ketchup.
