Masala Cheese Sandwich is simple and quick snack fix. Enjoy. The creamy cheese with spicy herbs makes this snack a delicious one! The outer crispy crust of bread and the goodness of cheese surely is irresistible. You can enjoy this on a lazy afternoon while reading a book.

Ingredients-
  1. 8 to 10 slices of bread 
  2. Butter
  3. Grated cheese as required
  4. Chaat Masala-as req
  5. Pepper powder-as req
  6. Chutney powder
  7. Spices

Method- Apply butter and chutney powder on the slices. Next top it with grated cheese, sprinkle pepper pwd, masala pwd, spices and chaat masala. Cover it with another buttered bread. Grill the sandwich.

Enjoy Masala Cheese Sandwich hot either plain with chutney or ketchup.
