Ingredients
- Fresh Pudina/Mint Leaves- 1cup
- (washed and cleaned)
- Red chili-10-12 (bydagi/guntur)
- Tamarind paste-2 tbsp
- Jaggery-2 tsp
- Salt-for taste
- Oil- 2tbps
- Menthya seeds-few
- Coriander seeds-few
- Mustard-1 tsp
- Hing-pinch
Once done, add seasoning -heat oil, add hing and mustard once done add to the thokku.
Enjoy Pudina Thokku with chapati or bread.
