2 potatoes
(peeled and thinly sliced)
For Batter
1 cup Besan (chick pea flour)
1 tsp Rice flour
½ tsp red chili pwd
1 tsp bhath pwd
1 tsp ajwain
turmeric-pinch
Salt for taste
hot oil-/2 tsp

Method: -Take a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add little water,and make the mix. Heat 1/2 tsp oil and add it to the batter.Add the sliced potatoes to the batter, and mix well ,the flour and potatoes should blend and be well coated .
In a kadai heat sufficient oil for frying. Slowly add the sliced potato besan mix in the hot oil. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
