Vegetable Pattice

Vegetable Patties is easy , healthy snack  you can relish it crispy hot or add some Sev and enjoy too.

Vegetable Patties
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mix vegetable (boiled)
  • (peas, carrot, beans)
  • 2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp pepper pwd
  • Bread pieces (binding)
  • 1-2 greenchilies finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili pwd
  • 1 tsp dhania jeera pwd
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil for shallow-frying
  • Salt for taste
For Serving

  • 1 chopped onion
  • Sev
  • Tomato Ketchup



Method: 

Mash the peas and boiled vegetables ,add the masala pwd and salt and mix it well add mashed potatoes, pepper pwd, bread pieces ,coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well. Take small portion of mix ,flatten it ,pat it well. On a tava, add oil and place the patties shallow fry till golden brown on low heat. Flip on the other side slowly. Drain on absorbent paper. Next apply some ketchup on the patties. Add the chopped onions and sev. Enjoy the patties hot.
