- 1 cup maida
- 1 tbsp chiroti rava
- 4-5 tsp sugar
- Milk
- 1 tsp Cardamom pwd
- Ghee/oil for deep frying
- Method: Mix the flour with sugar, milk, cardamom pwd, little ghee and cover for few hours. Make a chapati shape with the dough. Cut into diamonds or squares using the cutter or knife. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.
- Fry till golden brown and crisp. Enjoy.
