Ingredients:
Potatoes boiled and mashed
Salt as per taste
1 tsp pepper pwd
Bread pieces (binding)
1 cup steamed peas
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp dhania jeera pwd
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice
Oil for shallow-frying.
Method: Mash the peas and add the masala pwd and salt and mix it well add mashed potatoes,pepper pwd,bread pieces ,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.Take small portion of mix ,flatten it ,pat it well.On a tava,add oil and place the pattice shallow fry till golden brown on low heat.Flip on the other side slowly. Once done serve hot with ketchup or chutney. |
