  • Ingredients:
  •  Bread slices 
  •  Green chutney
  •  Butter
  • Cheese (if req)
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 boiled Potato 
  • 1/4 cup steamed peas
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala pwd
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 jeera
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves 
  • Oil 

  • Method
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds,jeera and curry leaves.Add chopped onions fry well,add chopped tomatoes,and other veggies and fry well.Add red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt and mix well.Remove from heat and keep aside.Apply butter and green chutney on the bread,spread the vegetable mix on the bread(you can add cheese over the vegetable mix),keep another slice over it.Grill the sandwich. Serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
