Vegetable Salad/Kachumber


Vegetable Salad is a healthy and nutritious combination of various raw vegetables blended into salad that can be prepared very easily.



Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber finely chopped
1 Onion Finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tsp lime juice
Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper pwd
Grated Raw mango
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala

  • Method -Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and serve.Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
