Vegetable Salad or Kachumber Salad or Kosambri is a healthy and nutritious combination of various raw vegetables blended into salad that can be prepared very easily. |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
- 1 Onion Finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper pwd
- Grated Raw mango
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Method - Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
