Maida Crisps is a one off bonda variety if normal seems boring. This is crispy from outside and soft from inner side. Enjoy this on a nice lazy afternoon with something interesting to read.

Ingredients
- Maida - 1 cup (flour)
- Semolina/Chiroti Rave - 3 tbsps (sooji)
- Curd - 4 tbsps (yogurt)
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - pinch
- Jeera-1/2 tsp
- Green chillies-2-3 finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves-chopped
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Water to knead into a dough
- Oil - for deep frying
Method-
Combine all the mentioned ingredients (except oil for deep frying) and make a soft dough. Place it aside for 2-3 hours. Heat enough oil in a kadai. Make small balls (make any shape ) and add to the kadai carefully. Flip over till it is golden brown on both sides. Place it on absorbent paper. Enjoy hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
