Kodubale is traditional snack recipe we all know and have enjoyed preparing it during festivals.Try it out during kids vacation time.-Crispy and spicy enjoy with hot cup of tea.
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp chiroti rava
- 2 tbsp. dry coconut
- 2 tsp. Dhalia (hurgadle / puttani)
- 1-2 tbsp. red chilli powder or 7-8 red chilies
- 2 tbsp. oil/Butter
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Hing pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method: Roast puttani,red chillies,coconut,hing and grind it.
Mix rice flour, with ground mix,sesame seeds and salt and mix well. Heat oil and add to the mixture. Add water and Knead the dough well. Take small portion and make kodubale out of it. Heat oil in Kadai ,deep fry kodubale till golden brown or until fully done. Drain on paper towel. Store in an airtight container when cool or enjoy with tea. You can also add curry leaves and jeera . |
