Summer Vegetable Salad

Summer Vegetable Salad is a combination of healthy raw  vegetables with spices with lemon juice.Get your dose of protein.

  • 1cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Tomato 
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 cup capsicum 
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Pepper pwd-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

Method: Cut the vegetables in long thin slices .In a bowl, add the chopped cucumber,tomato,onion,carrot ,and mix.Add salt,pepper pwd,lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and mix and serve.
