- Carrot : 4
- Ginger shreds-1-2 tsp
- Sugar: 1 - 2 tbsp (as per taste)
- Pepper /salt:pinch
- Water-as req
Method-Cut the carrots.In a blender, add the carrot pieces along with water and other items in ingredients and blend well. Strain and serve chilled.
