Cauliflower fry is a nice spicy blend of vegetables with crispy and crunchy to taste.

Ingredients

  • Onion - 1/4 cup thin slices
  • Capsicum-1/4 cup thin slices
  • Cauliflower-1 cup (blanced florets)
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Amchoor powder - 1 tsp 
  • Chilly Powder - 1 tsp (or as needed)
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala - a pinch
  • or Bath Powder- a pinch
  • Gram flour- 4 tblsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 1 strand

 Method- Chop cauliflower in small florets. Boil in water and drain. In a kadai, add oil, next add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, once done add onions, capsicum and fry.  Add the drained cauliflower florets, next add masala powder, salt fry till the veggies become crisp. Serve Cauliflower fry  with rice and dal or with chapati or enjoy just like that with a dash of ketchup.
