Potato Sandwich
Potato Sandwich is simple and easy to make.Enjoy as a quick snack or mini dinner.

Ingredients
Potato Sandwich
2 cups boiled grated potatoes
½ onion – chopped finely
3-4 green chilies–chopped finely
½ tsp jeera
¼ tsp mustard
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Pinch Hing
Lemon juice
a few chopped coriander leaves
Sandwich masala or Chaat masala
8 Bread slices
Butter
Salt
Green Chutney
Ketchup
Tomato,onion,capsicum slices
Method:In a kadai,heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chilies,curry leaves,hing, tumeric ,add mashed potatoes,salt,masala powders,lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well.Take bread,apply butter and green chutney,smear the potato stuffing,top it up with the slices of vegetables,add some chaat masala,cover with another chutney-butter spread bread.Grill in toaster.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
