Onion Khara Dosa

Onion Khara Dosa (Khara: Masala in Kannada ) is healthy , nutritious and filling breakfast.This is a spicy version.Easy to make and enjoyed hot.A mix of regular dosa batter  with spices,onion and coconut to give the perfect crispy crepes.

Ingredients:

Dosa Flour
Salt as per taste
Oil
Jeera-1 tsp

To Grind
Coconut-1/4 cup
Red chillies-8-9
Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp
Hing: Pinch
Onion-1/2 cup



Method:

In a pan,fry the items mentioned in to grind.Blend it in mixer with less water.Next in a bowl , take the dosa flour ,add the ground paste.Add salt .Mix well. Make dosas. Serve hot with butter and chutney of your choice.
