- Dates - 1 cup
- Almonds - 1/2 cup
- Cold Milk - 2.5 cups
- Sugar - as per taste
Method- Chop the dates.Next add the dates and almonds with little milk to a blender and grind to a smooth paste . Next add in the ice cubes, sugar remaining milk and blend well.
Transfer to tall glasses and serve chilled.
