HesaruKaalu Usli / Moong Usal is nutritious and healthy recipe which can be enjoyed by kids as well as elders,enjoy with chilled curds.
- 1 cup Sprouted Moong/Hesaru kaalu(steamed)
- Fresh coriander leaves-few
- 1-2 tbsp Grated Coconut, fresh
- Salt -as per taste
- few Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 5-6 finely chopped green chilies
Method: Mix sprouted moong, salt .Season with mustard seeds, jeera, chanadal, uraddal, curry leaves, green chilies and hing.Add fresh grated coconut,coriander leaves and mix well and serve with chilled curds.
