Aloo Masala Gravy

Aloo Masala Gravy is spicy sidedish of potatoes blended with yogurt and spices, a great combination for Indian Breads.

Dum Aloo
Aloo Masala Gravy

Baby Potatoes -7-8(boiled)
Red chilli pwd-1 tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp

Dhania jeera pwd-1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Yoghurt/curds- 1 cup
Kasuri Methi-1/2 tsp(everest)
Jeera-1 tsp
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 
Salt as per taste  

For grinding
Onion (chopped) 1
Cashew nuts 8-10
Green chillies 2-3
Cinnamon pwd-pinch

Method -Grind the items with little water into fine paste.In a kadai,heat oil and fry the baby potatoes till golden brown.Heat oil in a pan, add jeera,ginger garlic paste,ground paste and fry for 5 mins Next add the masala pwds and fry for 1-2 mins,add the fried potatoes ,salt and mix it well.Next add the curds and simmer on low heat for 10 mins till the entire gravy blends well.Garnish with corainder leaves.Serve hot with Indian Breads.
