Mix vegetable Salad

Mix Vegetable Salad is a blend of raw  vegetables with spices and seasonings.Healthy and nutritious.



Mix Vegetable Salad
Ingredients

  • 1Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Coconut 2-3 tbs(opt)
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera 1/2tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Chana dal-1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal-1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Green chillies 3-4 finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice


Method: In a bowl, add the chopped cucumber,tomato,onion,carrot ,add coconut and mix.Meanwhile prepare the seasoning.Heat oil in kadai ,add mustard,jeera,chana dal,urad dal,chillies,hing ,curry leaves.Once done add to the cucumber mix.Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves and mix and serve.You can enjoy it with chapati as well.

(You can add corn,pomegranate,moong as well )
