Mix Vegetable Dry Sabzi

Mix vegetable Dry Sabzi is made from 3-4 varieties of vegetables blended with various spices.Delicious and healthy.Enjoy.


Ingredients:
Mix Vegetable Sabzi
  • 1/2 cup potato 
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2cup carrot 
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • Hing-pinch
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 mustard
  • curry leaves few
  • 1 tsp red chili pwd
  • 1 tsp dhania jeera pwd
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 -3 green chilies 
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves 
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi(everest)

Method: Heat  oil in a kadai, add mustard,hing ,jeera,green chilies ,curry leaves. Stir-fry the potato,carrot till done,add peas ,capsicum and fry well,add tomatoes fry till it becomes soft.Once the vegetables are done,add the masala powders,salt ,kasuri methi and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.Serve hot with chapati/rotis.
